Timothy
is an experienced trucking accident litigator. Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and
Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States, and
for Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy, Graham and Ford, one of the largest
in Florida. In these capacities, Timothy litigated multiple cases on
behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Timothy's unique and valuable
experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for
insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate
cases against national companies and large insurance companies, such as
State Farm Florida, against which Timothy has recently filed a class
action lawsuit (See the Sun-Sentinel Article: Serchay v. State Farm Florida). Timothy
is a resident of Deerfield Beach, a graduate of Nova Southeastern
University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a former U.S. Army Airborne
Ranger (3d Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment). Timothy's
practice includes the prosecution of truck, bus, automobile, motorcycle and
boat accidents, class actions,
products liability, premises liability and maritime injury claims.. In
addition to the Florida Bar, Timothy is admitted to the Federal Bar for
the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Palm Beach County Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar
Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
